Zoho as officially release the new UI (user interface) for CRM. It's crazy cool. It takes less than 10 seconds to figure it out and see the simplicity along with quick ways to work. 

There's actually two new sidebars to understand. It's zippy fast.

The secondary sidebar is dedicated to your tasks...

• You capture an area, a tab, or a full screen. 
• It can capture you rolling down a page.
• You can make videos in multiple formats.
• You can mark it up before saving or sharing.

The Act! King of North has an excellent blog post warning users about changes by Microsoft that effects Act! users buying new laptops.

Microsoft has starting selling laptops with non-Intel/non-AMD chips. 
The new Snapdragon (ARM processors) are not compatible with Act!.

The best thing would be to just PHONE US. Version 26 is now out and we feel it should be a required upgrade because of the updates to the Microsoft SQL database engine. Plus we love that there is now a free mobile app for hosted Act! Premium Cloud users.

It's official. 

We have retained the our Zoho partner tier for another year.
