Zoho as officially release the new UI (user interface) for CRM. It's crazy cool. It takes less than 10 seconds to figure it out and see the simplicity along with quick ways to work. 

There's actually two new sidebars to understand. It's zippy fast.

The secondary sidebar is dedicated to your tasks...

• It can capture you rolling down a page.
• You can make videos in multiple formats.

The Act! King of North has an excellent blog post warning users about changes by Microsoft that effects Act! users buying new laptops.

Microsoft has starting selling laptops with non-Intel/non-AMD chips. 
The new Snapdragon (ARM processors) are not compatible with Act!.

It's official. 

We have retained the our Zoho partner tier for another year.
