    Zoho as officially release the new UI (user interface) for CRM. It's crazy cool. It takes less than 10 seconds to figure it out and see the simplicity along with quick ways to work. 

    There's actually two new sidebars to understand. It's zippy fast.

    The secondary sidebar is dedicated to your tasks. It displays content based on what you choose from the primary sidebar on the left. For instance, you can navigate to different teamspaces, manage teamspaces or add a new teamspace using the teamspace switcher at the top in the secondary sidebar.


    Finding the collapse icon is a good idea. It allows you to see more "stuff" on the screen.

    ZPortals is a portal builder for Zoho.  This is very popular within the Zoho community. It's easy to use and inexpensive.  The portal builder connects and displays data from 10+ Zoho apps all in one website portal. 
    A common use case is customer portal. You don't have to buy a bunch of extra Zoho seat licenses by providing your customer a website to login.  What functions can they do? A few examples include: updating their account information stored in Zoho CRM, filling out onboarding docs through Zoho Forms, paying an invoice housed in Zoho Books, sharing documents through Zoho WorkDrive and managing support tickets through Zoho Desk.

    Want another idea about ZPortals? Users can create portals to coordinate with Vendors or provide affiliates with a site to submit leads or access reports. Do you have a large outside sales team, give them access to only their deals in the CRM through this portal.
